I am just beginning to learn of her mystery. Does anyone who is more familiar with her story have thoughts or theories to add concerning Etta Place? Perhaps she assumed a cloaked identity in her later years -- as did other women with controversial pasts -- who sought to live a life as normal as possible in the face of misguided, social scrutiny.

Thanks,

Holly
