Here is one of our unnamed Texans, posing sweetly in Bonham, Fannin County, near the turn of the twentieth century. Her surname may be 'Penwell' (or, 'Powell'?).

This is an adorable picture. It would be awesome to find out who she was. Why would somebody give up a family heirloom like this ?
