I lived in Denton for several years, have heard and read of Blue Hole -- the old swimming place -- but never learned where it was (or, is) located. Might anyone here know?

Thanks very much,

Holly

Back in the 80's my older brother used to go swimming with his pals at an old quarry. My mom was pretty worried when she found out about it mostly because of snakes and rocks, plus they used to go at night. These were probably the last of the old swimming holes you see in pictures sometimes. There's just no need for them anymore with pools and lakes and beaches.
