PostSubject: County Exhibits at the State Fair?   Wed 24 Oct 2007, 11:16 pm

Hello, everyone ...

The book, 'San Saba County History: 1856 - 1983' (published by the historical commission of that county in 1983) contains a photograph of an exhibit which featured the county's natural resources, which at some point in time -- possibly at the Centennial Exposition in 1936 -- was present at the State Fair in Dallas. Here is the photo:

Does anyone have knowledge of such exhibits having been present at the Fair over the years?

Thanks for any information,

Holly
